Scheduling for Mediation

To schedule a mediation, please send an email to, and be sure to include the following information:

1. Your name (and if relevant your organization’s name).

2. Your email address, your office address, and your phone number.

3. Whether you’re a principal to the dispute to be mediated, or an advisor (lawyer or other) to one of the disputing parties.

4. The background: who are the disputing parties, what’s the general nature of the dispute, and how have the parties already tried to resolve the dispute?

5. Do you want the mediation to be in English, in French, or a combination of the two?

6. If you have preferred dates, please identify them.
